How it works
Simple enough to do at four in the morning with a suitcase in your hand.
Call and drive over
Give us a ring so we can hold a space, then park in any open spot in the lot. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before you need to be at the terminal, so there is time to check in and catch the shuttle.
Pay at the front desk
Come inside and pay $10 for each day you'll be gone. You'll get a stub with your return details, then the shuttle takes you to the terminal.
Call us when you land
Once you have your bags, call the front desk, then head outside to the airport’s Shuttle and Taxi pickup area. That is where the van will meet you.

What you get for $10
One flat rate covers the space and the ride. There is nothing else to add on.

The ride to the terminal and the ride back to your car are both included. You are never stuck waiting on a rideshare with luggage.

The front desk is staffed around the clock. If your flight moves or you land late, you are talking to someone who can actually help.
Skip the terminal construction
The garage expansion at TYS has closed lots and shifted traffic around the terminal. Parking here keeps you clear of all of it.
Shuttle
Hours and pickup
The shuttle runs on demand within these hours. Call the front desk and it comes to you.
Heading out: plan to reach the lot at least 30 minutes before you need to be at the terminal. That covers checking in at the desk and the ride over.
Returning travelers: the shuttle cannot stop at the baggage claim curb. Once you have your bags, call the front desk and walk out to the airport's designated Shuttle and Taxi pickup area. That is the only place the van can meet you.
There is a two-hour window overnight when the shuttle is not running. If your flight leaves or lands between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM, call ahead and we'll work out a plan before you park.

Good to know
Do I need a reservation?
Not formally, but calling ahead is a good idea. Space is limited and goes quickly on weekends and around holidays. One phone call and we'll hold a spot for you.
Can I pay online?
Not yet. Payment is taken at the front desk when you drop your car off. Online payment is something we're looking at down the road.
How long can I leave my car?
As long as you need. The rate stays $10 a day whether that's two days or two weeks. Keep in mind any part of a day counts as a full day, so a short stay of a few hours is still $10.
How far is McGhee Tyson Airport?
About three minutes by shuttle. TYS is the main airport serving Knoxville and East Tennessee, located on Alcoa Highway.
How early should I get to the lot?
At least 30 minutes before you need to be at the terminal. That gives you time to park, check in and pay at the front desk, and ride the shuttle over. If you are flying at a busy time, give yourself a little more.
Where does the shuttle pick me up at the airport?
Call the front desk once you have your bags, then walk out to the Shuttle and Taxi pickup area outside baggage claim. The van meets you there rather than at the curb by the doors, so head for the shuttle signs.
What if my flight is delayed?
Call the front desk and let us know. Someone is there 24 hours a day, though remember the shuttle itself does not run between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM.
What should I know about the lot itself?
It is an open surface lot beside the building, with a front desk that is staffed 24 hours a day. There is no camera coverage and no attendant in the lot, so vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. Take your valuables with you and lock up.
