Airport parking rates
One flat rate, every day of the year. Ten dollars a day, shuttle included, nothing added at pickup.
What it costs
$10 per day. That is the whole price list. Weekdays, weekends, holidays and peak travel weeks are all the same number. There is no reservation fee, no booking fee, no shuttle surcharge and no minimum stay.
The rate covers the parking space and the ride to and from the terminal in both directions. Nothing else gets added when you come back for your car.
How a day is counted
Any part of a day counts as a full day. If you drop your car off and pick it up six hours later, that is still $10. There is no hourly rate and no partial-day discount.
Payment is taken at the front desk when you drop the car off, for the number of days you expect to be gone. If your plans change and you come back earlier or later than planned, you settle the difference at the desk when you pick up.
A quick example. A five-day trip to see family is $50. A ten-day trip is $100. A two-week trip is $140. The number never changes and nothing is tacked on at the end.

- A marked space in the lot at 162 Cusick Rd in Alcoa
- The shuttle ride to the McGhee Tyson terminal when you leave
- The shuttle ride back to your car when you land
- A front desk staffed 24 hours a day if anything changes while you are away
How to pay
Payment happens in person at the front desk when you arrive. We do not take payment through this website and there is nothing to pay in advance, which also means there is no deposit to lose if your trip falls through.
You will get a stub with your return details on it. Hang on to that, and keep the front desk number in your phone so you can call for the shuttle when you land.
Weekly and longer stays
There is no separate weekly package, because the daily rate already stays flat however long you are gone. A seven-day trip is seven days at $10. If you are leaving a car for more than a week, read our notes on long-term airport parking before you go.
Before you drive over
Space in the lot is limited and fills up fastest on weekends and around holidays. Call the front desk at (865) 273-2800 before you leave the house and we will hold a space for you. It takes one minute and it is the difference between parking and circling.
