From Knoxville and downtown
Take Alcoa Highway (US-129) south toward the airport, roughly fifteen miles from downtown Knoxville. Stay on Alcoa Highway past the main airport exits and take the Cusick Road exit. We are a short distance from the highway.
Driving time from downtown Knoxville is typically 20 to 25 minutes outside of rush hour. Allow more on weekday mornings.
From West Knoxville and Farragut
Take Pellissippi Parkway (TN-162) south to its end at Alcoa Highway, then follow Alcoa Highway toward the airport and exit at Cusick Road. This route avoids downtown entirely and is usually the quicker option from the west side.
From Maryville and Blount County
Head north on Alcoa Highway from Maryville toward the airport. Cusick Road is just a few minutes out. From central Maryville you are looking at under ten minutes.
From Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and the Smokies
Take TN-66 north to I-40 west, then pick up Pellissippi Parkway south and continue to Alcoa Highway toward the airport. Allow around an hour from Pigeon Forge depending on traffic through Sevierville.
From Lenoir City and Loudon
Take US-321 east toward Maryville, then north on Alcoa Highway toward the airport. Roughly half an hour.
Give yourself 30 minutes at the lot. Whatever your drive time, plan to arrive at the lot at least 30 minutes before you need to be at the terminal. That covers parking, checking in at the front desk, and the shuttle ride over.
When you arrive
Park in any open marked space, then come inside to the front desk to pay. The desk is staffed 24 hours a day, so there is always someone there no matter what time your flight is. From there the shuttle takes you to the terminal — details on our shuttle page.
