Extended stays

Long-term airport parking in Knoxville

Leaving the car for a week or a month? The rate stays the same, and someone is at the desk the whole time you are gone.

Leave it as long as you need

There is no maximum stay and no long-term surcharge. Whether you are gone for three days, three weeks or longer, the rate holds at $10 a day. A week is $70. Two weeks is $140. A month is $300.

Because there is no weekly package to buy and no minimum to hit, you are never paying for days you did not use. You pay at the front desk for the days you expect to be gone, and you settle the difference when you come back if your plans shift.

Why people use us for longer trips

  • A person answers the phone. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. If your return flight moves while you are overseas, you are talking to someone who can help, not a booking app.
  • No prepayment. Nothing is charged until you arrive, so a cancelled trip costs you nothing.
  • Three minutes from the terminal. You are not shuttling twenty minutes each way at the start and end of a long trip.
  • No per-day creep. Rates that climb after the first week are common in airport parking. Ours does not move.

Getting your car ready for a long stay

A car that sits for two or three weeks needs a little more thought than one left overnight. A few things worth doing before you hand over the keys:

  • Take anything valuable with you, including garage remotes and anything with your home address on it
  • Make sure the battery is healthy — a weak battery that holds a charge for a weekend may not hold one for three weeks
  • Check your tire pressure, since tires lose air slowly while parked
  • Leave the fuel tank reasonably full to limit condensation in the tank
  • Set the parking brake and make sure the car is fully locked
  • Leave a spare key with someone at home, in case the one in your bag goes missing on the trip

Worth knowing before you park. This is an open surface lot. It is not gated, it is not attended, and there is no camera coverage. Vehicles and their contents are left entirely at the owner's risk. For a long stay especially, take your valuables with you and lock up. Full language is in our terms and conditions.

Coming back

When you land, call the front desk at (865) 273-2800 once you have your bags, then walk out to the airport's Shuttle and Taxi pickup area. The van meets you there rather than at the baggage claim curb. More on how that works on our shuttle page.

Remember the shuttle does not run between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM. If you are booking a red-eye home from a long trip, call before you park and we will sort out a plan.

Reserve a space

Space is limited and long stays take a space out of circulation for a while, so a phone call ahead matters more for extended trips than for an overnight. Call (865) 273-2800 before you drive over.

Ready to park

Call and we'll hold you a space

Space is limited, so a quick call before you drive over saves you a headache. Someone is at the front desk 24 hours a day.
