Rates and payment

Parking is $10 per day. Any part of a day counts as a full day, so a stay of a few hours is charged the same as a full day. Payment is due at the front desk when you drop your vehicle off. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Your vehicle

Vehicles and their contents are left entirely at the owner's risk. This is an open surface lot. It is not gated, it is not attended, and there is no camera coverage. Best Western Knoxville Airport / Alcoa does not assume responsibility for theft, vandalism, fire, weather damage, collision, or loss of or damage to any vehicle or any property left inside it. Please take your valuables with you and lock your vehicle.

Parking here creates a license to use a space. It is not a bailment, and no custody of your vehicle is taken or implied.

Shuttle service

Shuttle service to and from the terminal is included in the daily rate and runs from 4:00 AM to 2:00 AM daily. Service is on demand and subject to availability, driver schedules, traffic, and weather. We cannot guarantee a specific pickup time and are not responsible for missed flights or connections. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before you need to be at the terminal.

Use of the lot

Spaces are limited and are not guaranteed without prior arrangement. Vehicles must be operable, currently registered, and parked within a single marked space. We reserve the right to refuse service, and to tow at the owner's expense any vehicle that is left beyond its paid period, parked outside a marked space, blocking access or another vehicle, or leaking fluids.

Cancellations

No reservation fee is charged and no deposit is taken, so there is nothing to cancel. Payment is collected at drop-off for the days you expect to be gone. If you return early or late, settle the difference at the front desk.
